Street Eats Fill a Market Void
They’re a mark of every major metropolitan city: vendors of street fare, set up along busy thoroughfares where hungry downtowners rove for midday sustenance.
Suddenly, these vendors are on seemingly every corner in Tulsa’s central business district, especially hot dog cart operators, numbering about half a dozen businesses within the IDL.
